In an effort to simplify the buying process for its prospective clients, the Company has identified one particular mortgage services professional who, in the Company's opinion, has repeatedly demonstrated a keen ability to effectively obtain the best financing available to each client, based upon his or her individual needs.

Despite having no affiliation with Sofia Homes, the Company currently recommends Dennis V. D'Agostino of Heritage Mortgage Corp. to any prospective buyer seeking information and financing options. While the Company has no control over the outcome of any efforts taken by potential buyers to qualify for a mortgage or other financing, we recommend that Mr. D'Agostino be contacted prior to securing financing with any bank or financial institution.
